The client needed a photo gallery their staff could actually manage — adding, editing, organizing, and removing images without wrestling the default WordPress media library. The standard WordPress editor surface assumed a content workflow that didn't match what they did every day. Either training cost would be high, or the gallery would stay perpetually out of date.

Discovery call mapped the gallery management workflow end-to-end. Built a focused custom admin console that puts photo management front and centre — upload, caption, reorder, organize, publish — without exposing the noise of the default WordPress backend. Plugin architecture keeps the underlying WordPress install clean and upgradable without breaking the custom layer. Production deploy ran clean; staff training session covered the new workflow plus a runbook for routine maintenance.
