Do you take fixed-price or T&M engagements?
Both. Fixed-price where scope is fixed (audits, setup, migrations). T&M where it isn't (custom admin work with evolving requirements). Maintenance retainer is monthly.
Will you sign our NDA?
Usually yes. We have a mutual Alberta NDA template on hand if you'd rather use ours. Discovery calls don't require an NDA.
Are you certified in ITIL?
We run a formal ITIL practice based on 23+ years of operational experience. Formal ITIL 4 endorsement aspiration documented in our internal CSI register.

Alberta-based, working with clients across Canada. Remote-first; on-site available within Alberta when scope warrants.
