What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to remember your preferences and activity. We also use comparable technologies (local storage, pixels) and group them all as "cookies" in this Policy.

Our three categories

1. Essential cookies (always on)

Required for the site to function: authentication, cart state, session continuity, cookie-consent state itself. You can block all cookies in your browser but doing so will break parts of the site that rely on them.

2. Analytics cookies (off by default — explicit consent)

If you opt in, we use anonymized analytics to understand which pages are useful, which navigation paths convert, and how to improve the site. Provider when enabled: Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization and 14-month retention. We do not run analytics on subscriber dashboards.

3. Marketing cookies (off by default — explicit consent)

If you opt in, we may use ad-platform pixels (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Ads) to measure ad-campaign performance and serve relevant follow-up ads. We do not enable these by default and you can withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.

Your choices

On your first visit you will see a three-state consent banner: Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Customize. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie and respected on subsequent visits. You can change your mind at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer or by clearing site data in your browser.

Browser controls

You can also manage cookies through your browser. Most browsers let you delete cookies, block third-party cookies, and configure exceptions per site. See your browser's help documentation for details. Note that disabling essential cookies will break required functionality.

Do-Not-Track & Global Privacy Control

Where supported, we respect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal by treating it as a "Reject non-essential" preference. We do not respond to legacy Do-Not-Track headers because there is no industry consensus on what they mean.

Subscriber dashboards

Inside our SaaS applications (Conductor, Ledger, Keystone, Launch Pad, etc.) we use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to deliver the Services. No analytics or marketing cookies operate on those surfaces.

We may update this Policy as we add or change tools. The current version is always at this URL.
