What we shipped
- Full theme build — layouts, templates, sections, snippets in the family DNA (slate / gold / navy + Source Serif 4 + Inter)
- Product taxonomy — software tools, operator skills, consulting services, free downloads
- Content load automation — pages, products, collections loaded via JavaScript injection into a logged-in admin session (bypassing API-token bureaucracy)
- B2B intake widget — lead capture with auto-routing into the Vastura ticket system
Honest learning
Shopify's new Dev Dashboard removed the simple-token path we expected to use for content automation. We pivoted to driving the admin GUI via JavaScript injection in an already-authenticated browser session — faster than the bureaucracy, and the same approach now powers the rest of the family.
