Product Sourcing handles supplier research, product discovery, and import automation — and pushes cost basis straight to Ledger so your books and inventory stay in sync. This guide covers finding and importing products.
Getting started
Open Product Sourcing inside Launch Pad with your store selected. Connect your supplier source (AliExpress / 1688 via DSers) and you're ready to research and import.
Finding and importing products
Supplier research
Search supplier feeds for products to add. Product Sourcing pulls the listings so you can evaluate them without leaving the cockpit.
The margin calculator
Use the margin calculator and price waterfall to see your landed cost and set pricing that actually makes money before you import.
Import to your store
Push selected products into your storefront automatically — no manual CSV round-trips. Cost basis flows directly to Ledger on import, so inventory and books stay aligned.
Tips
- Check the margin waterfall before importing — it's easier to skip a thin-margin product than to fix it later.
- Import in focused batches so your catalogue stays organised.
- Let cost basis flow to Ledger rather than entering it twice.
