Operator Skills are the automations Vastura runs on its own stores, delivered through the Cowork platform as part of consulting engagements. Each one takes a repetitive operator job and turns it into a fast, repeatable pass. This guide explains what each skill does and how they fit together.
The catalogue import cycle
Four skills run as one pipeline every time you bring new products into a store:
Catalogue Rewriter (Ag and Ltd)
Takes a raw supplier CSV and rewrites every product in your brand voice, applies a two-tier category/sub-category tag taxonomy, computes tiered pricing against landed cost, strips dead image URLs that silently break imports, and flags off-range products as Draft rather than deleting them. The Ag version speaks the Prairie homesteader register; the Ltd version is calibrated for a cross-niche catalogue.
Collection Sync
After a rewrite, new sub-categories can leave products tagged but invisible. Collection Sync diffs the new tag set against your live collections and produces a sync plan plus a ready-to-paste sub-categories grid snippet, so nothing lands orphaned.
Image Resync
The image-URL strip that makes imports reliable means products arrive without images. Image Resync re-links them — via a tailored DSers push guide for most products, with a handle-to-product-ID mapping file as a fallback. Rewriter + Collection Sync + Image Resync together make one complete, clean import cycle.

Market Check
Pricing relies on a market-rate reference that drifts over time. Market Check runs a web-search and estimation pass on a shortlist of products you nominate, returns confidence-rated estimates with visible reasoning, and emits a patch you review before committing. Best run monthly or after a visible market shift. It's built for sanity-checking, not cent-level precision.

Blog Drafter (Ag)
Produces a 900–1,400 word blog draft in the Vastura Ag voice, complete with title, meta description, H2 structure, and internal product links earned by context. Four archetypes: how-to/seasonal, buying guide, comparison, and problem/solution. Ready to publish with light editorial review.
Audits and reporting
Mobile Check
Audits seven layers of a store's mobile experience — from Core Web Vitals to sticky add-to-cart, express checkout, navigation, shipping transparency, PWA readiness, and image optimisation — and produces a severity-rated Word audit plus a one-page checklist PDF for developer handoff.
Weekly View
A Monday-morning dashboard: drop your Shopify orders export and Meta Ads CSV and get revenue, orders, AOV, conversion, ad spend, ROAS, and CPM with week-over-week deltas and anomaly flags. No API integration — it persists as a live Cowork artifact across sessions.
